N60m charge imposed by Bandits on twelve Zamfara villages: Crisis reporter claims
Twelve towns in Zamfara State are purportedly subject to an N60 million charge levied by bandits operating in the country's northeast. Bakatsine, a conflict and crisis journalist from northwest Nigeria, revealed this in a post on X. Koloma, Dan Hayin Zargado, Zargado, Dan Godabe, Sabuwar Tunga, Makini, Bubaka, Yelwa, Bahwada, Koda, Manya, and Kabusu are among the Zamfara communities mentioned by Bakatsine.
